If you are looking to refer your patient for further care regarding their mental health, you have come to the right place! We receive referrals from doctors every week for patients looking to further care for their mental health concerns.

We are here to help your patients get the best care they deserve. We can also work collaboratively to ensure our therapists are working well with your treatment plans and with consent, we can provide case notes.
How to Refer:
There are two ways in which you may refer your patients to our centre:
- You may fax your office’s referral form to us at 905-497-1624 and we will contact your patients directly (or)
- You may provide our contact information to your patients for them to self-refer.

The Family Enhancement Centre works with Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers who are unable to formally diagnose your patients or prescribe any medication.
