Update: Reopening Our Office

The Family Enhancement Centre is re-opening our Brampton and Mississauga locations for in-person counselling sessions. We will continue to offer online, video and phone counselling sessions.

July 8th, 2020

Our Brampton and Mississauga locations are now open, and we will remain committed to the safety of our clients and employees. We will be booking IN-PERSON counselling sessions and maintain all COVID-19 protocols. For the client’s convenience, The Family Enhancement Centre will continue to offer online, video and phone counselling sessions.

The health, safety and well-being of our clients and employees remain our top priority, and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at all times. Our efforts to prevent the spread and exposure of COVID-19 continues.

Office Safety Plan

As we welcome clients back into our office, we will continue to take all the necessary steps to ensure a safe visit.

2-meter social distancing

Clients and staff are required to maintain a 6-foot/ 2-meter distance at all times.

Protective gear

Clients and staff are required to wear a mask at all times. Wearing gloves and sanitizing regularly is encouraged.

Occupancy limits

To make social distancing easier, we will limit the number of clients in our office.

Wipe and Sanitize

We will be regularly wiping and sanitizing hands, doors, and chairs.

We welcome customers back into our office for in-person counselling sessions.
