Jillian Langtry  

Jillian is a Registered Social Worker that approaches her clinical practice with passion and optimism which are key components for her therapeutic relationships with clients.    Her practice has evolved stemming from a diverse mental health background and experiences working with youth, teens, adults, seniors, groups, and couples.

 Jillian strongly believes in meeting individuals where they are at and assisting them to draw on the resources that they have within.  She brings hope and belief about the capacity for all people to learn, grow, change, and thrive to all aspects of her practice.   She has knowledge in specific therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. The use of these therapies can assist people effectively with presenting concerns such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, stress, and grief. Jillian is skilled in thorough assessment and treatment planning that will lead people to growth and change in their lives.

Qualifications: Jillian’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work and a Minor in Child Development from the University of Maine, along with a Master of Social Work with a Clinical Concentration from the University of New England.
