Karen is a registered Psychotherapist whose passion is to strengthen and nurture people towards personal wholeness and healthy relationships. With a rich experience in counselling she walks with her clients in a safe, nurturing, and professional atmosphere to explore their presenting issues. Her experience encompasses agency, church and private practice. She believes in cultivating a non-judgmental atmosphere enabling the freedom for her clients to share, be heard and affirmed in order to assist in the journey to recovery.
She has extensive experience with Anxiety related issues. This ranges from feelings of overwhelm, worry and pressure to Panic Attacks and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Depression and Trauma work (PTSD), Abuse Recovery, Christian Counselling as well as Marital and Parenting challenges are all specialty areas within her scope of work.
Karen is a pre-Clinical Fellow within American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Ontario Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (OAMFT). Karen has a Master of Divinity in Counselling through Tyndale seminary and has a certification in both the psychometric assessment program entitled Prepared/Enrich for pre and post marital couples as well as Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).

Friday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Orangeville and 1:00 PM to 6 PM in Brampton
