The word stress simply describes people’s physical and/or emotional responses to the demands of modern living. Nobody loves stress. Yet, stress can be positive, stimulating growth. But beyond a certain level, it undermines our ability to cope and diminishes both mental and physical health. For example, do you feel on edge? Experience headaches? Have difficulty sleeping? Find yourself turning issues over in your mind? These can all indicate bad stress. You cannot eliminate stress, but you can manage it. This workshop will help you learn how.
