This workshop for conflict handling is well-suited for individuals who frequently encounter conflicts. However, given that occasional conflict is a universal experience, this workshop is beneficial for all members within your organization.


Workshop Content:


Understanding Conflict – Guiding participants to comprehend and value the dynamics of conflict, while reflecting on their individual encounters.


Identifying Conflict Indicators – Examining the evident cues and anticipated behaviors inherent in conflicts.


Unraveling Conflict Resolution Challenges – Exploring the behavioral dimension of conflicts, examining how our aspirations steer our conduct and its implications.


Positions versus Interests – Delving further into how individuals concentrate on positions, and how focusing on interests can yield more favorable outcomes, reinforced through an engaging training activity.


Phases of Conflict Progression – Charting the typical trajectory of a conflict and associating it with participants' personal experiences.


The Five Approaches to Conflict Management – Investigating the techniques employed by individuals to address conflict: Avoidance, Accommodation, Assertion, Compromise, Collaboration.


Resolving Personal Conflicts:
