This workshop for coaching skills aimed at managers will assist in cultivating the coaching abilities of supervisors, team leaders, and managers, guaranteeing the successful delivery of a coaching skills training course.

Essential Coaching Skills – Highlighting the manager's role as a coach, presenting the essential skills required, and relating these to their practical application.


Cultivating a Supportive Coaching Environment – Examining the conducive environment for effective coaching, where staff are both challenged and supported to achieve positive outcomes.


A Blueprint for Coaching Success – Equipping participants with a structured framework to establish a results-oriented environment where coaching plays a pivotal role.


The Art of Coaching Conversations – Introducing the GROW model and specialized questions based on it, enabling participants to conduct effective coaching conversations. Opportunity for hands-on practice is also provided.
