Crisis Management

An effective crisis management process is instrumental in recognizing threats to an organization, its stakeholders, and customers. It also furnishes a systematic approach to addressing crises when they arise. Skillful crisis management aids in minimizing organizational damage and facilitates post-crisis growth and development.

This workshop for crisis management is tailored for individuals who may be confronted with or need to anticipate a crisis within their organization. This encompasses members of the crisis management team and managers across the organization who should possess a robust understanding of the procedures and necessities for managing a crisis.


Workshop Content:


Types of Crisis – This section delves into the various types of crises that an organization might face. It involves an activity aimed at identifying potential crises specific to participants' organizations.
