While this workshop on 'Managing Difficult Behaviours' are primarily tailored for managers, the content is applicable to individuals who may encounter challenging behaviors or find themselves in circumstances requiring the adaptation and influence of others.

Exploring Issues, Origins & Outcomes of Challenging Dynamics – Investigating the emergence of issues and our personal contributions to them.


Understanding Difficult Behavioral Profiles – Scrutinizing various profiles we may encounter and devising strategies for addressing them effectively.


Reflecting on Personal Engagement – Recognizing our own role in eliciting responses from others.


Navigating Dual Mindsets – Examining the interplay between our rational and emotional faculties, comprehending their functions, and addressing instances of "emotional hijacking."


Stimulus & Reaction Dynamics – Demonstrating our capacity to choose our responses, ultimately shaping communication outcomes.


Cycle of Attitude & Conduct – Analyzing the reciprocal influence between our attitude and behavior, which in turn affects others' attitude and behavior.


Identification of Triggers – Discerning factors that provoke reactions and implementing strategies to evade potential pitfalls.


Effective Communication – Scrutinizing communication barriers, discerning whether discussions are fact-based or emotion-driven, and selecting the most suitable behavioral approaches for each scenario.
