Cynthia is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker in Manitoba with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges and families involved in the child welfare system. Cynthia brings strong knowledge of traditional practice and Indigenous cultures to her work.
Her practice is grounded in cultural humility and a deep awareness of the intergenerational impacts of colonization, residential schools, and systemic inequities on individual, family, and community wellbeing. Cynthia is committed to creating relational and collaborative therapeutic spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
By integrating culturally relevant approaches with evidence-based, trauma-informed care, she works alongside families to build resilience, strengthen connections, and promote holistic wellness across generations.
