Innocentia is a compassionate, registered Social Worker. She has a master's degree in social work and a post-graduate degree in addiction and mental health.

Innocentia is passionate about building a non-judgmental and strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. Her education and work experiences have equipped her to establish a safe environment where her clients feel comfortable being open to share their concerns, rediscover their unique strengths and recognize their capacity to face and resolve their challenges. She strives to collaboratively aid clients in finding peace amid the turbulence of life and discovering immense possibilities and resources available to them.

Innocentia is knowledgeable and experienced in counselling on varying human challenges faced by adolescents, adults, couples, and families, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, addiction, conflict resolution and more. She received training in cognitive behavioural therapy, Solution-focused and Motivational interviewing. Furthermore, she takes a strength-based approach to empower her clients to gain self-confidence.
