
Hi, my name is Raman Dhah, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, recognizing that every person’s story and experiences are unique. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Using approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques, I aim to provide practical tools while fostering personal growth and self-awareness.
I offer therapy in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey
