To highlight the importance of maintaining a workplace environment that is free from harassment and bullying,
promoting respect, safety, and well-being for all.

– Harassment refers to any behaviour that is unwanted by the recipient, regardless of the intent behind it. - Defining Bullying
– Bullying is characterised by intimidation that is either persistent or occurs as a one-off incident, which undermines the confidence, competence, effectiveness, or integrity of the individual targeted. - Understanding the Impact
– Explore the emotional, psychological, and physical effects such behaviour can have, including stress, illness, anxiety, and humiliation. - Recognising Your Responsibility
– Learn how to play an active role in preventing and addressing harassment and bullying by:
- Challenging inappropriate behaviour
- Setting clear behavioural standards
- Supporting colleagues in maintaining a respectful work environment
