Funded Through the NIHB Program

Through the Non-Insured Health Benefits Program, First Nations and Inuit can receive up to 22 counselling sessions in a year, completely funded.

Trauma-informed

Our therapists are trained in trauma-informed care to provide sensitive and compassionate care using evidenced-based techniques.

In-Person Counselling

We offer in-person counselling in Southern Ontario from our Brampton and Orangeville offices.

Virtual Counselling

Virtual therapy is available to those in Ontario and Manitoba. No matter how far, we can reach you.
