Registered SOCIAL WORKER

John is a Registered Social Worker with experience working with youth, individuals, couples, and families. His background is varied, including acting as a detention officer working with adolescents, providing individual student support counselling services at an elementary school, and performing psycho-social rehabilitation for adults.



John seeks to provide a strengths-based, person-centered approach to support clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and more. He is interested in using integrative psychotherapy approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively decrease and even eliminate post-traumatic stress and anxiety in clients.
